I offer short-term psychological support in the form of one-to-one sessions in Sheffield (S10) and online. I can help you with issues like anxiety, panic or depressive feelings. I am also able to help you cope with all kind of life events, like a divorce, a disease you struggle with or difficulties you face at home or at work. In my work I often see people hindered by fixed, but not helpful patterns of thinking or acting. Breaking through these can relieve a lot of complaints.
In my sessions I use cognitive behavioural techniques, ACT and mindfulness.
